Bayview Pays it Forward – 2015 In celebration of 25,000 vehicles sold

Do you know someone who works hard, volunteers in our community, always puts others ahead of themselves, and who deserves some big recognition? Starting September 14th, in honour of Bayview Auto’s 25,000th vehicle sold, we will be paying it forward by giving a deserving community hero their choice of one of the three cars on our showroom floor, free and $1,000 in gas. To enter, or for more information, visit the Bayview Auto Facebook page! Submissions are due October 5th and the top 5 most deserving community heroes will be voted on by our Facebook fans.

How to enter: Like the Bayview Auto Facebook Page. Send us a private message with a photo of your community hero, along with their name, telephone number and address. Include a 250-300 word short story on why this person deserves recognition and the grand prize, no later than October 5th, 2015 at 5:00pm. Bayview Auto will post the top 5 entries on October 9th via Facebook, and it’s up to our Facebook fans to like, share and decide who our winner will be. The entry with the top number of Facebook likes on October 19th at 5:00pm will be declared the winner.

Contest Rules:

Employees of Bayview Auto and Bayview RV, along with their family members are not eligible to enter. Submissions must be a maximum of 250-300 words in length, and will be edited for grammar, spelling, punctuation and context, if needed. Management of Bayview Auto, along with a number of community members will consider all submissions, made prior to the October 5th deadline (5pm), and the top 5 entries will be posted on Facebook for voting on October 9th. The person whose story has the most number of likes by October 19th at 5pm, will be awarded the prizing according to rank i.e. 1st prize to 5th prize. To be eligible, you must agree to be present at Bayview Auto on October 21st for the media event and awarding of prizes. Management of Bayview Auto, along with selected business professionals from the Belleville community will choose the top 5 entries. The top 5 chosen entrants will be notified via telephone on October 8th, and must agree to allow Bayview Auto to use their name and photograph for promotional purposes. All prize winners must be over the age of 18, and reside within a 75km radius of Bayview Auto (6692 Hwy 62, Belleville, Ontario, K8N 4Z5). There is no purchase necessary. Each entrant’s chances of winning a prize is based on the number of entries. Limit one entry per candidate for “community hero”. There is no contest entry form. The prize values are approximate retail values, and are subject to change based on market conditions that exist between September 14th, 2015 and October 19th, 2015. All vehicles included as prizes are in used condition, come with balance of factory warranty (if any), with no extended warranties. Bayview Auto is not responsible for any operating or service costs related to the chosen vehicle i.e. oil changes, repairs, insurance, etc.
